How quickly will I get confirmation?
We usually reply on WhatsApp within a few hours, often within minutes. You speak directly with Tibor, no call center, no waiting.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In case of storm, storm warning or persistent rain, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge. The booking form also shows the hourly weather forecast for your beach.
How does the deposit work?
The 20,000 Ft deposit per platform is paid in cash on site when delivered. You get it back in full at pickup if the platform is undamaged.
Do I have to use multi-day discount days in a row?
Not necessarily. The idea of the multi-day package is a better daily rate. We agree the days flexibly on WhatsApp during the season, so it also makes sense if you plan several separate Balaton days.
Is the platform safe, also for children?
Yes. Our platforms are certified and tested according to EN ISO 25649. The anchor keeps it securely in place, and the Teak-EVA deck is non-slip. One platform provides 8 m² of space for 4–6 people.
Do I have to assemble or transport the platform myself?
No. With delivery, we bring the platform inflated and fully equipped straight to your beach in the morning and pick it up in the evening. No trailer or own transport needed.
How far in advance should I book?
In high season we recommend booking 1–3 days in advance because platforms can sell out quickly. Next-day booking is possible, after 22:00 only on request.
Do you deliver to every beach?
We deliver along the south shore between Balatonszemes and Siófok, about 20 km of shoreline. Just send us your beach or nearest town, or use the location feature in the booking form.
